About
In 1999, a celebration of a new hope began with the inception of INJAZ, the outcome of a dream and the strong belief in the potential of Jordanian youth. INJAZ was born with a mission to inspire and prepare Jordanian youth, and enhance their opportunities to join the job market as qualified employees and entrepreneurs. Since then, INJAZ has been reaching out to thousands of Jordanian students, helping them realize their full potential throughout academia and into career.
Courses
INJAZ brings various capacity building courses to classrooms in public schools, universities and community colleges around the Kingdom, enhancing the students' leadership, business entrepreneurial, economics, problem-solving, communication, and soft skills. The courses focus on high interaction, valuable information, real life experience and teamwork as key factors in the learning process.
Job Placement
To complement its various capacity building courses, and facilitate the transition from academia to career, INJAZ executes a Job Placement Program. The five main activities carried out through the Job Placement Program are; INJAZ Job Fair, Job Shadowing, Career Month, Internship and My Career Options.
Volunteers
INJAZ realizes its mission with the help of its volunteers; Professionals who so care about Jordanian youth that they take time out of their day to make a difference. All INJAZ courses are delivered to students by these enthusiasts.
Partners
With the help of its partners, INJAZ' capabilities are fully utilized to reach the youth of Jordan. INJAZ works in full coordination with the Ministry of Education (MOE), the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and King Abdullah Fund for Development (KAFD). Moreover, the large network of private sector partners gives essential leverage to INJAZ that is continuously promoting a new ‘culture’ in which the private sector plays a major and direct role in the development of the educational system.
History

In 2001, it spun off to become an independent not-for-profit organization under the Patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah II.
