Raneen Foundation is a non-profit organization designed to provide audio stories for children between the ages of 5 to 16 years in classical Arabic.


Raneen aims to develop children’s listening skills and to  strengthen children’s Arabic language. The Foundation functions with limited resources and an involved team of volunteer activists from various fields. Who believe in Raneen’s vision and thereby provide all they can to make Raneen’s dreams come true.


Raneen aims to the produce an audio narrative of stories  in classical Arabic, and these stories deal with moral issues, social and educational, without addressing any political or religious issues.


Basic format is the presentation of material in the form of a CD-ROM can be played on a CD player or mobile in the school or the car or at home


Raneen’s big dream



  • To promote and spread a culture of listening to Arabic Stories

  • The establishment of the largest  children’s Audio library  in classical Arabic.


Raneen’s goals & programs:


Raneen’s Stories : Production of audio stories in an exciting and meaningful way, produced dramatically with sound effects that suits the target age groups


Creative Workshops :  conducting workshops based on listening and the use of various arts such as drama, creative writing, drawing, and puppets. Workshops depend mainly on listening to the story and then expressing it the various arts.


Spreading Listening: Broadcasting  stories over the radio to be available for all children to  target a larger number of children and to create content for children on the radio.


Innovation: increasing the capacity of the Arab children’s imagination , thinking and creativity


Children's skills: the development of children’s writing skills, listening, and presentation to support school curricula
- Provide an opportunity for blind children to read as any other child
