Volunteers needed

Assisting attendees who have pre-registered for the conference and are checking in to receive their name badge and registration packs.

Directing attendees through venue to conference room.

Assisting with Audio Visual needs and/or notifying the appropriate party if there are difficulties.

Setting up speaker publications at their designated vendor table.

Distributing badges, handouts or any conference related materials.

Distributing and collecting presentation evaluation forms.

Assisting presenter with their materials or any help required.

Make copies if needed.

Close doors when presentation begins and insure that the audience is directed to conference room after the breaks

Making sure that the conference run smoothly and quietly during the sessions.

Helping in lunch and coffee breaks

Additional tasks as assigned
