The training workshop is designed for anyone interested in improving their knowledge of the valorization of aromatic and medicinal plants – other NGOs, engineers, farmers, herbalists, etc. The training is overseen by specialized university teachers and professionals, headed by Professor Saadia Zrira of the Hassan II Agronomic and Veterinary Institute, the president and founder of ASSID. The instructors have both academic and field knowledge that allow them to lead practical laboratory sessions (to study aromatic herbs, drying and distillation techniques) as well as field trips to relevant industrial factories.
