Established in 1999, INJAZ first started as a project under Save the Children, funded by the USAID.

It was re-launched in 2001 as an independent non-profit Jordanian organization under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah with the mission to inspire and prepare young Jordanians to become productive members in their society and succeed in the global economy.

Since its inception, INJAZ has successfully reached over 600,000 beneficiaries across the kingdom through its network of dedicated volunteers, with the support of its partners from the private and public sectors and in full coordination with the Ministry of Education. INJAZ is also a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide, a leading global youth organization

INJAZ brings various capacity building courses to classrooms in public schools, universities, community colleges, and various social institutions such as orphanages, Youth Centers, Vocational Centers and Special Education Centers around the Kingdom; promoting Financial Literacy, Social Leadership, Business Entrepreneurship among other essential Work Skills.

To complement its various capacity building courses, INJAZ executes many Extracurricular Programs focusing on Career Guidance, Social Leadership, Business Entrepreneurship and Inspirational activities. Such programs attempt to grow the students' passion for success and provide them with practical experience and relevant knowledge.

Through mobilizing the private and public sectors to embrace social responsibility and volunteerism, INJAZ delivers its wide array of programs through its qualified volunteers. Over the years, INJAZ has worked with more than 15,000 volunteers representing more than 300 Jordanian corporations. The large network of private and public sector partners gives essential leverage to INJAZ as it continuously promotes a new “culture” encouraging corporations to play a major and direct role in the development of youth skills.
