e-Education Regional Company (EDRC) is a Limited Liability, Not for Profit Company based in Amman, Jordan. EDRC focuses on synchronizing technological advancements through projects that focus on: education, women and youth leadership.
EDRC strongly supports the E-Learning education method as an avenue for human development. With the support of Serebra Learning Corporation of Canada, EDRC promotes E-Learning and the EasyLearning Initiative through its expansive variety of online courses.
The Regional Information Technology and Software Engineering Center (RITSEC), provides technical, professional and developmental services to agencies, institutions and governmental organizations in Jordan. EDRC is currently involved in a number of main projects mentioned below:
NeuroLanguage is an initiative targeted at strengthening English Communication skills and improving student comprehension of multi-level curricula.
EDRC is also involved in the Josoor-Arabia contest, which encourages students and teachers in the Arab World to compete for a chance to create informational websites in the Arabic language
EasyLearning courses can be accessed either online or are downloadable. The courses are designed to extend employment, educational, and entrepreneurial opportunities within developing nations, and marginalized or disadvantaged communities.
Our program provides benefits in terms of poverty reduction, youth empowerment, educational and economic opportunity generation, entrepreneurial enhancement, building a knowledge-based economy, and bolstering the job preparatory skills level of large pools of prospective employees, which attracts corporations to provide jobs in these areas.
EDRC supports e-Book Enabled, which highly assists in the educational process.
Contributing to the collective global efforts of building the information society and bridging the digital divide in Jordan is the chore of EDRC’s vision. To achieve its aim, EDRC adopts ICT tools as developing mechanisms that can effectively help it create innovative programs and initiatives for the welfare of The Arab Region.
EDRC introduces a national strategy aimed at empowering women, especially in rural areas, to become active contributors to the development of the nation. This national strategy is two dimensional and covers women's roles in both the household and in the economic cycle of the nation.
