The Jordan Career Education Foundation (JCEF) is a Jordanian non-profit organization and an affiliate of the Education for Employment (EFE) Foundation in the USA. Established in 2006, JCEF’s mission is to empower and employ youth through private-sector-sponsored training, so that they may establish sustainable livelihoods and contribute toward Jordan’s future economic development.

JCEF believes that every young person deserves an opportunity to build a brighter future. Through tailor made vocational, technical and managerial training programs that meet the needs of potential employers, JCEF’s unique model provides a clear pathway for young people to start living their lives.

This is why JCEF is committed to training and employing vulnerable, disadvantaged youth giving them a sense of hope and dignity. JCEF has two primary foci: (1) reduce unemployment among young Jordanians; and (2) establish a new generation of confident, competent professional leaders in Jordan’s workforce.
